ARUP’s Institute for Learning (IFL) team offers quality, no-cost training materials for medical laboratory scientists (MLSs) and physicians, all available online. Each year, the IFL produces four live webinars, publishes an average of 35 CME and 40 PACE courses, creates 14 LabMind podcast episodes, and hosts a weeklong anatomic pathology medical conference in Park City, Utah. The IFL covers a diverse range of relevant topics in its lectures, webinars, and LabMind podcast episodes. Critical topics covered include COVID-19 content, endocrine testing in transgender individuals, transgender medicine, and management of the staffing crisis.
