The MACSQuant Tyto Cell Sorter aims to bring a safe and sterile multicolor cell sorting technology to the laboratory. With microchip technology, cells are no longer exposed to electrical charge, decompression, and fluidic systems. Instead, cells are sorted within a single-use, sterile, and closed cartridge, while providing full safety for operators. The instrument is equipped with 3 lasers, which allow cell sorting with up to 10 parameters. The easy plug and play format of the instrument and the cartridge, combined with fully automated flow control, laser alignment, and valve timing, make cell sorting accessible to any lab professional without requiring intensive training.
