Wireless Temperature Sensor

Sensaphone

Sensaphone introduces a wireless temperature sensor to help ensure the safe storage of sensitive vaccines, cells, tissues, and other biological materials that require cryopreservation in ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen tanks. The wireless temperature sensor includes a resistance temperature detector (RTD) probe to be used with the company’s WSG30 monitoring system, which measures extreme temperatures from -200°C to 120°C (-328°F to 248°F). When the temperature falls outside of the programmed high or low limit, the system can instantly send alerts to up to 32 team members for quick corrective action. The sensor probes come with ten feet of wire and two AA lithium batteries, which provide power for up to two years. An optional plug-in power supply is also available.
