XIFIN announces enhancements to its revenue cycle management platform as well as a partnership with Infinx to enhance prior authorization and appeals automation capabilities. By integrating Infinx’s cloud-based AI and automation driven software with XIFIN RPM, the technologies address reimbursement bottlenecks by automating the prior authorization workflow. XIFIN diagnostic clients will have multiple options for how they secure and manage prior authorizations for proprietary, esoteric, and toxicology testing. The enhancements also aim to enable remote patient monitoring, help improve reimbursement, and reduce labor costs.
