The Diatron Group presents their new 3-part differential hematology analyzer, the Diatron Aquila, with a 60 test per hour throughput. This small analyzer has a low reagent consumption of less than 10 mL, requires a small sample size of 10 µl, and has an onboard reagent pack sufficient for approximately 200 measurements. These features, combined with the small footprint, allow the analyzer to be used in numerous settings, including small laboratories and point-of-care environments. The analyzer also offers a large touch screen, an intuitive user interface, an optional backup battery pack, and extended connectivity options. The system is expected to launch in 2016.
