Boekel Scientific’s Gen2 Refrigerated Incubator is designed to perform microbiologic work, specifically cultivation procedures. The thermoformed plastic interior is easy to clean, and the unit includes a humidity pan and two stainless steel shelves. The incubator uses thermoelectric cooling to maintain stable temperatures down to 20˚C below ambient and resistive heating to reach temperatures of up to 60˚C. Its easily viewable, bright color touchscreen displays alarms, current temperature, set temperature, and humidity level. Users can easily control and define temperature programs and alarm set points as well as control the internal power outlet. Temperature and humidity graphs are easily viewable; this data can be downloaded to a USB drive or through an Ethernet connection.

NuAire’s In-VitroCell ES (Energy Saver) CO2 Incubators now come with a plug-and-play feature which allows the user to simply plug in the incubator and immediately begin use. The preconfigured incubators allow for a hassle-free installation to provide a reliable and controlled in-vitro environment for optimal tissue cell culture. NuAire offers two options for properly heating and maintaining temperature in the growth chamber: direct heat and a water jacket configuration. The In-VitroCell NU-5700 and 58700 Direct Heat series use direct heating elements to offer a quick return to the set temperature after the door is opened. The In-VitroCell NU-8600 Water Jacket series uses heated water to surround the growth chamber to offer precise temperature consistency.

All model series come standard with the NuTouch Electronic Control System (ECS), a user-friendly, touch-screen LCD that allows for the control of parameters and offers status indicators, on-screen instructions, and notifications to assist with proper use.
