Cemented as an essential technology in clinical laboratories, coagulation analyzers continue to receive strong satisfaction ratings as their capabilities expand. The benefits of automated clot detection, assessment of clotting factors, and the application of chromogenic, immunologic, and other methodologies render this modern technology essential.
This year sees an appreciable uptick in projected analyzer adoptions with over half of labs (53%) planning to acquire new coagulation analyzers, up from 39% last year.
Laboratories are largely pleased with their coagulation analyzers, as 83% award their systems the highest ratings.
