Post-pandemic use of microbiology platforms increased substantially and now stands at just under two-thirds (65%) of all users. Likewise, approximately a third of facilities plan to adopt new platforms in the near future, boding well for comprehensive microbiology services.

Microbiology platforms enjoy particularly high satisfaction ratings, with 92% of labs awarding the highest ratings.
