Cecil James M. Buguis, MSc, MBA, MLS(ASCPi)CM, CTTS, is laboratory director and technical consultant for Winkler County Hospital District, Winkler Rural Health Clinic, and Ward Memorial Hospital, based out of Midland, Texas. He received his education and training from several world-wide locations, including Manila, Philippines (BS); Rome, Italy (MBA); The University of Texas (MS); and Western New England University – College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he is seeking a doctor of pharmacy degree (PharmD). He is a member of ASCP, AABB, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).
