Jehan Abukharmah, DHSc, MS, CQA, CSSGB, is a clinical laboratory leader with more than a decade of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations. She currently serves as director of clinical quality assurance and operations at Avantic Medical Laboratory in Edison, New Jersey. Jehan earned her Doctor of Health Science (DHSc) in Leadership from George Washington University, her MS in biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and her BS in biology from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She is a certified quality auditor (CQA), certified six sigma green belt (CSSGB), and vice chair of the ASQ Minneapolis section. In addition, Jehan is an active mentor with the Ad Astra Foundation, supporting leadership growth and professional development. Beyond her professional work, she is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer, reflecting her commitment to wellness, resilience, and balanced leadership.
