Rachel Hulse, EdD, MLS(ASCP)CM, is the program director for the medical laboratory sciences program at Idaho State University and has worked as a certified laboratory scientist for over a decade. Rachel earned a BS and MS from the University of Utah and holds an additional MS degree from Brigham Young University.
