Tomocube announces the use of a Tomocube Holotomography (HT) microscope to measure lipid droplets in live, unstained cells. Previously, visualizing the location of lipids required cells to be prepared using lipid-specific staining probes, interfering with the native cellular processes. The HT microscope eliminates the need for any preparative or staining steps and has a 110nm lateral resolution to track changes in high resolution.
