LigoLab announces the addition of a web-based remote ordering and resulting functionality to its LigoLab LIS & RCM laboratory operating platform. The new feature, LigoLab Web Connect, enables users to place orders, retrieve lab reports, and track the status of a case in real-time from anywhere on any device with an internet connection. Aiming to offer a user-friendly experience, the functionality allows instant access to the operating platform without the need for a software install. The system offers a dashboard view of all orders (incomplete, unreleased, in-transit, and released); customizable and automated messaging notifications; patient search capability by name or ID; dropdown menus for ordering tests, specimens, diagnosis codes, and payment options; shortcut buttons for frequently ordered tests; and a searchable archive based on selected fields.
