Designed to improve safety during manual recapping, the KapSafe recapping system from LGP Consulting is an automated, benchtop recapper that can rapidly and safely recap sample tubes using different instrument analyzer racks simultaneously. With a footprint of 22”w x 24”d x 32”h, the system can recap all standard vacuum collection tubes at speeds up to 20 tubes per minute. Made to protect lab workers from repetitive motion injuries and exposure to biohazardous material, it can also help improve productivity and reduce process steps. KapSafe enables walkaway operations with input/output capacity of up to 20 racks and is compatible with analyzer racks from several major manufacturers.
