StaffReady’s Document Control Module is a ISO 9000:2015-compliant software system that works in conjunction with its current scheduling and competency assessment modules. No templates are required, allowing organizations to create and maintain the same look and feel of the documents currently in use. The system allows currently approved documents to update without an additional review cycle. With no predefined templates to work with, users can upload any file type they choose and can change formats during the process. As an example, once the user is ready to move forward with a request for approval, the file can be saved as a PDF to prevent further edits. At the center of Document Control is the change log, which gathers and compiles the edits and any comments made in the process.
