HTG Molecular Diagnostics announces the availability of its HTG Transcriptome Panel, designed to measure approximately 20,000 mRNA targets using the HTG EdgeSeq technology. The panel is now commercially available to all HTG customers for purchase in kit form or as a service in HTG’s VERI/O laboratory and is intended for use with the Illumina sequencing platforms. Features of the HTG Transcriptome Panel include low sample input, robust workflow, accuracy of differential expression, and more. In addition to this launch, HTG has commercially released for immediate availability its HTG EdgeSeq Reveal version 4.0.0, adding additional features and software functionalities to support, among other things, data analysis for the HTG Transcriptome Panel.
